Impact
New customer provisioning will fail during the downtime. Existing SEP 14.1 customers will not able to login and will be redirected to maintenance page. No other functionality will be affected, and endpoint devices will remain protected.

Update - We are continuing to investigate the previously reported symptoms and will provide further updates as they come in.

Investigating - We are aware that some of our Symantec Endpoint Protection 14.1 Cloud Console customers may experience issues logging into the portal and with some configuration functionality.

We are currently investigating this issue and will post updates as soon as new information becomes available.

The protection services provided remains unaffected and continues to protect devices it is installed on.

Impact
During the maintenance period, the product onboarding console will be unavailable. Therefore users will not be able to purchase new subscriptions or obtain trial subscriptions. There will be no impact on existing customers. No other functionality will be affected, and endpoint devices will remain protected.
